Creativity #4: Successfully learn how to bake 5 recipes - Red Velvet cupcakes - Yay, cupcakes! Or rather, mini cupcakes!

My sister and I made our first batches at midnight on Christmas since everyone fell asleep early. The only thing was, we forgot to grease the pans before putting in the batter, so it was really interesting trying to pry out the cupcakes. They turned out delicious, though!

I wanted to take a stab at it by myself, so I did so a couple of hours ago. We bought Swans Down cake flour as suggested by my sister’s mother-in-law to make the cupcakes smoother, and it totally made a difference. I ended up making a lot again, so I gave a couple of cupcakes with cream cheese frosting to Lester. Hopefully their family likes them :x

I can also see why baking is fun…I think I want to tackle more recipes! They’re so much more fun to make them from scratch~
