Eatery #1: Eat at 20 new restaurants/bakeries/eateries (3/20) - Drunken Sushi! I was taken here for my 23rd birthday (or rather, the eve of my 23rd birthday) once I flew into San Francisco. Late night sushi bars ftw!

I’m not too sure what I sampled off others’ plates exactly, but I do remember that they had interesting names like: Boy, Girl, Whatever, Beautiful, and the like. I remember ordering the Cupid’s Arrow, takoyaki (which was more like ika/squid, but whatever. It was good!), and a lycheetini. Holy crap, that lycheetini was crackin’ and very strong.

Cupid’s Arrow had the prettiest presentation! Little did I realize that the pretty red dressing was really Sriracha sauce. That was a nice kick in the mouth.

When the waitress found out it was my birthday, she surprised me with a free green tea ice cream :) Yay, green tea!

I’d like to come back again to try even more rolls (and even more martinis). It’s definitely topped Sushi Boom for me.
